Lydia graduated with a first-class honors degree from Cardiff University in 2018. Since then, she has gained experience across various sectors of dentistry, including general practice, the restorative clinic of Cardiff Dental Hospital, and community dental services. Lydia is passionate about providing personalised care, ensuring that every patient feels heard and treated in a calm and friendly manner. Lydia believes that dental treatment should be a stress-free experience and works with patients to create a happy and peaceful environment. With a particular interest in aesthetic dentistry, Lydia is currently pursuing a postgraduate certificate in this field. Outside of work, Lydia enjoys staying active by going to the gym and relaxing with a good book – she is currently working her way through the Brandon Sanderson collection.
